The United Way Young Leaders Society will host “Cooking for a Cause” June 23 from 5:30-9:00 p.m. at the Alagasco Center for Energy Technology. The event will benefit the Jefferson County Health Action Partnership, Healthy Kids Healthy Communities, and the United Way Young Leaders Soceity.
General admission to the event ($25) will include a silent auction, live music, wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, and drink tickets. To participate in the cooking demonstration with Chef Chris Vizzina and also receive the general admission benefits, the ticket price is $50. This will include a reserved seat in a private cooking demonstration with Chris Vizzina, heavy tastings of each dish, wine pairing, Q&A session with the chef, and a recipe to take home.
